Our space is available to hire — whether you’re a performer who needs somewhere to practise or a teacher looking to run classes. If you use the space regularly, our membership packages give you discounted rates and priority booking for workshops and events.
PERFORMER OR WORKSHOP LEADER?
We run a community agency that finds paid work for circus performers and workshop leaders. Artists join through an application process, and we keep that process fair, transparent and open to everyone. If you’d like to apply, get in touch and we’ll tell you how it works.

Wherever you’re starting from, we can help. Our internal training programme helps you master new techniques and develop your performance skills. We offer volunteering and shadowing opportunities working alongside professional performers, and internships for anyone who wants to learn the business side of the circus industry.

Yorkshire Circus relies on community support to keep training and performance opportunities open for aspiring circus artists in Leeds and West Yorkshire. Donations — from individuals or businesses, any amount — go directly towards funding training programmes, performance showcases and community events, and help us make the case for circus as a respected artform.
